Limited Liability Company “KRAFTLAGER”, registration number: 40203176078, legal address: Riga, Remtes Street 21, LV-1046 (hereinafter – KRAFTLAGER) has undertaken the obligation to protect the privacy of its customers.
Accordingly, we have prepared Privacy Policy principles that apply to the collection, use, publication, transfer and storage of customer personal data.

Legal basis for processing personal data

1. KRAFTLAGER processes the Customer's personal data based on the following legal grounds:
• for conclusion and execution of the contract – to conclude the contract at the Client's request and ensure its execution;
• for the implementation of regulatory enactments – to fulfill an obligation specified in binding external regulatory enactments;
• in accordance with the consent of the Customer – the data subject;
• in legitimate interests – to realize the legitimate interests of KRAFTLAGER arising from the obligations existing between KRAFTLAGER and the Customer, the concluded contract, or the law.

2. KRAFTLAGER's legitimate interests are:
• to carry out commercial activities;
• verify the Client's identity before concluding the contract;
• ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
• to store Customer orders for goods and services, as well as notes about them (for example, oral or written);
• analyze the operation of the KRAFTLAGER website;
• administer the KRAFTLAGER Customer account;
• advertise your goods and services by sending commercial communications;
• send reports on the progress of application and purchase contracts;
• prevent fraud;
• administer purchases, payments and orders;
• inform the public about its activities.

3. KRAFTLAGER processes personal data for the following purposes:
– for customer identification;
– for the preparation and conclusion of a contract;
– for the delivery of goods and the installation and provision of services (for the performance of contractual obligations);
– for advertising and distribution of goods or for commercial purposes;
– customer service;
– for the consideration and processing of objections;
– for billing administration;
– to improve the performance of the website.

4. KRAFTLAGER processes Customer data using modern technology capabilities, taking into account existing privacy risks and available organizational, financial and technical resources.

5. In order to ensure the high-quality and operational performance of the obligations under the contract concluded with the Customer, KRAFTLAGER may authorize its cooperation partners to perform certain goods delivery or service provision activities, such as delivery of goods, leasing services, sending commercial messages, and the like. When performing these tasks, KRAFTLAGER cooperation partners process the Customer's personal data and are considered KRAFTLAGER's data processing operators (processors) and KRAFTLAGER has the right to transfer to cooperation partners the Customer's personal data necessary for the performance of these activities to the extent necessary for the performance of these activities.

6. KRAFTLAGER's cooperation partners (in the capacity of personal data processor) will ensure the fulfillment of personal data processing and protection requirements in accordance with the concluded Data Processing Agreement and legal acts, and will not use personal data for purposes other than the fulfillment of the obligations of the agreement concluded with the Client on behalf of KRAFTLAGER.

7. KRAFTLAGER does not disclose the Customer's personal data to third parties except in the following cases:
• if the data must be transferred to the relevant third party within the framework of a concluded contract (for example, delivery of goods);
• if the Client has given clear and unambiguous consent;
• to persons specified in external regulatory enactments upon their justified request, in accordance with the procedure and to the extent specified in external regulatory enactments;
• in cases specified in external regulatory enactments to protect the legitimate interests of KRAFTLAGER.

Personal data is stored for the following period:

• while the contract concluded with the Client is in force;
• as long as KRAFTLAGER or the Client can realize their legitimate interests in accordance with the procedures specified in external regulatory enactments;
• as long as there is a legal obligation to retain the data;
• as long as the Client's consent to the relevant processing of personal data is valid, unless there is another lawful basis for data processing.

Access to personal data and other Customer rights

8. The customer has the right to request the termination of the processing of his personal data, to request information about the purposes for which his personal data is used, as well as to request the transfer of his personal data in a commonly used format to himself or to third parties. In order to avoid misuse of the customer's data and rights, the application may only be submitted in a form that allows the identity of the person submitting the application to be identified (the application must be signed digitally or submitted personally to KRAFTLAGER). We have the right to respond to such applications within 30 days.
A request to terminate data processing is considered an application to terminate the regular customer contract.

9. KRAFTLAGER communicates with the Customer using the contact information provided by the Customer (telephone number, e-mail address).

10. KRAFTLAGER carries out communication regarding the performance of services on the basis of the placed order for goods (for example, coordination of delivery times for goods, information about purchases and invoices, etc.).

We assume that you have read and accepted the principles and terms of our Privacy Policy before using our website or by filling out the application to become a regular customer. We reserve the right to make amendments to the main terms of the Privacy Policy, informing all regular customers about it. However, we do our best to ensure that the Privacy Policy is always updated and available to you on our website.
